Key Responsibilities

1. System Integration:

   • Collaborate with software engineers, mechatronics engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate software components into robotic platforms.

   • Ensure seamless communication and interaction between different software modules.

2. Middleware Development and Configuration:

   • Develop and configure middleware solutions to facilitate communication between diverse software components.

   • Implement and optimize communication protocols to enhance system performance.

3. Testing and Validation:

   • Conduct thorough testing of integrated software to identify and resolve compatibility issues.

   • Collaborate with testing teams to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of integrated systems.

4. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

   • Work closely with software engineers, mechatronics engineers, and AI engineers to understand system requirements and integration challenges.

   • Participate in collaborative problem-solving and knowledge-sharing sessions.

5. Documentation:

   • Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.

   • Maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the wider team.
     

Key Skills

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering.

• 5 years experience in a similar position.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and/or Java.

• Strong understanding of software development principles, software architecture, and system integration.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools, and continuous integration.

• Knowledge of communication protocols, middleware, and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with robotic systems, control algorithms, and real-time processing.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
